Don Field has 35 years tenure in the document capture and advanced forms industry having been an early pioneer at Wang Laboratories and Kofax Inc. He earned the CDIA+ certification and has been a subject matter expert (SME) for these exams. He held senior management positions in Sales, Technical Services, and Professional Services and managed staffs as large as 170. He has personally overseen dozens of enterprise-level international capture projects and has consistently achieved successful outcomes with satisfied customers worldwide. He has earned numerous awards and has spoken at conferences on best practices for enterprise deployments of capture systems. Don earned an MBA from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) and a BS in Computer Science degree from Purdue University.
Richard Bosworth has an established record of success leading global sales teams in the document capture industry for over 20 years. His strong relationships with major MFP vendors, large systems integrators, federal government agencies, European partners, and industry experts are applied here at Ephesoft to expand the company’s global presence. Over the past two decades, Richard has led global document sales teams producing hundreds of successful enterprise-level implementations in North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America territories. As Vice President of Global Sales at Kofax, Inc., he grew sales revenue to create the enterprise capture industry’s largest company. The mission for Ephesoft – to help global organizations reduce recognition error rates while unlocking the immense value trapped in static document repositories – and solidify the company’s standing as the new market leader for advanced document capture. Richard is also responsible for pioneering and championing Kofax’s mortgage loan/electronic mailroom and Accounts Payable automation solutions. Most recently before joining Ephesoft, he served as Chief Sales Officer for Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSI), where he increased sales by 700% over 7 years, leading to the company’s acquisition by Nuance.
